: I set up my portfolio in both FM and AOL with the same 3 mutual funds, I double checked the symbol spelling. I reset the columns in AOL to the default. All I get is 'Could not update any investments'. I tried this by opening the FM portfolio and by opening the 3 mutual funds, but no luck. I just updated to FM4 and I am using AOL4. Several years ago I had this working with FM2.1 and AOL2 or 3 with no problems. I don't think I have anything set up incorrectly. Appreciate any help. Rich

Hi Rich,
Have you taken a look at your downloaded AOL
file to make sure it looks correct? There is a
sample in the online help. Are you following the
same instructions as shown in the online help
when you save your AOL portfolio? FM4 is not
available, I assume you mean FM 3.4? If none of
this helps, you can e-mail my your downloaded
AOL portfolio file, and I'll take a look.

Thanks,
Mark
