I can get the box three ways:
1)select Options/Internet Settings and then press
the "Retrieve Status Now" button.
2)select the toolbar button that looks like a globe
with a S (or is it $ symbol?). It's titled "Check
for software updates and obtain quote...
3)If I select the Retrieve and update arrow button
on the toolbar, the program attempts to retrieve
the data and then gives the message "Could not
update any investments." Acknowledging the message
gives me the option to read the online help and
then it gives the blank box.
I hope this information helps. I am intrigued by
the feature and want to see it work. Thanks,
