Xfering data from v.9.4 to v.4.1

I've been a delighted user of Fundmanager 9.4 since August '97. I just bought a new computer with Windows 98 operating system and the first thing I've done with it is download and register Fundmanager 4.1. Now I'd like to load all the data from my v.9.4 to v.4.1. How?
The last thing I did with the old computer is backup all my Fundmanager files through 6/23/99, and was hoping I could just pop the disc in the new computer, hit "restore," and be back in business. No such luck.
Please advise how to proceed. (Please DON'T tell me I need to manually re-enter all the data from investments going back over 20 years!)
