Stockpoint looks like a very good replacement for European Investor. Although not listed in the 'country' listbox even the german stocks are available (Frankfurt, XETRA), for instance I found Deutsche Telekom under DX:DTE. Just choose 'All Countries' and type the symbol as used in European Investor.

Hope manually updating stock prices will soon be over ;-).
