switching from European Investor to Stockpoint

Dear Mark,
Since the above mentioned switch,I'm no longer able to download
the belgian and swiss stockquotes.
Just imagine that my portfolio consists for more than 80% of belgian
and swiss shares- I guess other belgian customers have the same
problem. Can you work something out for us?
