Chase Manhattan Bank 3/2 Stock Split w/ Cash In Lieu

Mark,

CMB split 3/2 on June 16 as a dividend distribution.
The split resulted in my owning 322.5 shares of CMB.
Part of the split, a half share, $24.58, was given as cash in lieu.
How do I handle this. If I split the original shares 3/2, I wind up with 322.5.
How do I get to 322 shares plus 24.58 which is what is in
my Ameritrade account statement. I want to enter this activity properly in FM.
