: Hi Mark, Thanks for Your comments, but didn't help. I think, that the money installation switched somethink in the registration. But Fund Manager is the only program, which does not start dialup automatically. However if you have some idea, what i could do, please let me know.

Hi Peter,
Try this:

Go into Control Panel and choose "Internet Options". Choose the "Connections"
tab. Check out your default dial-up connection, and make sure it is set
to automatically dial when requested.
