Unable to up date prices from any server, Vesion 2.4

Since 8/10/2000 I am unable to get any price up-dates from any of the four services; PC quote, Net Worth CNN or Yshoo. Whats going on and how do I fix? My version does not have a look for up-dates on the Web feature under help.
