Error in price update from internet

Hi
I'm using Fundmanager after a long time.The changes made in FM during this time are superb.I'm getting some error while trying to retrieve prices from internet.I'm using a proxy server for net access.If I try to update prices it gives 'error 11004 returned from [gethostbyaddr _prox]'.
Could you please suggest me what should I do? Thanks
