: : Hi,

: : Prices in the Greek stock market have changed (as of today) from Drachmas to Euros. Is there a way to convert all historical data, using a fixed exchange rate, so that I can keep updating the investment files and not lose the history?

: : Thanks

: Hi Agis,
: Do you have the same number of shares, or did it scale? If it scaled with
: the ratio of the price, you can use a split. Otherwise, you could use
: one of the currency settings to adjust your historical data versus new
: prices. The exchange rate would be different as of today. You would need
: to create/assign an exchange rate investment. The other option is to export
: your prices, multiply them in Excel or something, and then re-import them.

: Thanks,
: Mark

Thanks Mark,

Using a spreadsheet is almost impossible, as I have about 350 investments, and cannot do it manually.
I tried to follow your aother aporach, but got stuck
What I want to do is this: Convert all investments (including the cash account) to EUR and start updating prices in EUR. Is there an easier way?

Thank you,
Agis
