No, this export command will export all your prices. You could make a copy of
your investment files, and then use "Edit/Delete Price/Date Range-All Investments...".
You could then remove the prices you don't want exported before doing the
export. To get your prices back, just don't save the investments when you
quit, or replace them with your copy you made prior.
