Cant Update Quotes since 03/23/01

Dear Beiley: I have version FM 4.6 and I'm unable to retrieve quotes since March 23.
when I try it seems like FM updates them, but when It finish the updating process the quotes don't appear in the system. I have checked the internet settings "Retrieve Status Now" and updated the inteng4x.dll as recomended, but still It doesnt work.
