You can change the name of an investment under "Investment Properties...".
Right click on the investment's graph and choose this command from the popup
menu.

If you're asking about changing the filename, you can change the name of
an investment file (*.dat) using Windows Explorer, or you can use
"File/Save Top Investment As..." to create a copy under a different filename.
