: : : Hi there, : : : I've upgraded to V5.2. : : : Today I tried to update prices from the ASX and got the following messages. : : : "10061 returned from (connect)" : : : "WSAE: 10061" : : : Why did the price update fail and what are these messages really saying? : : : Cheers : : : roger : : Hi Roger, : : The ASX server is down. You can see this by trying to go to their : : site with your browser. I don't know if/when they are coming back online. : : You might try the Yahoo - ASX&NZ server instead. For a list of all the : : error codes, and a little more info, see: : : http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/werror.html : : Thanks, : : Mark : : -- : : Mark Beiley : : : : Fund Manager, portfolio management software for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/00 : : : : : Hi Mark, : I can get to the normal ASX site ASX.com.au. There is a notification that the data are reset to 0.0 between 9PM and 10 PM aest. : Cheers : Len Saldana Mark, When I change to Yahoo, I need to go through all my investments and add the ".AX" suffix to the symbol, one by one. Is there any easier way to do this? Can this be planned for a future release? Note that when I go to the Yahoo site directly, there is no need for me to enter the suffix, since I choose "Australia", Yahoo adds the .AX by default.
Thanks, Danny
