capitol gains

I am unable to include capitol gains in my distribution reports,short term or long I have managed to loose the lot.

I tried to remove short and medium term returns from my reports and just retain long term gains but now I have lost the lot. I adjusted the dates in report preferences. Help it is almost tax time down under ??????.
