: Mark, : I have come to the end of the trial period for v5.2, and to be honest, I don't really need the whistles and bells it offers. I would like to return to my old registered v4.7, since I use it only for portfolio price retrieval. I would like to get the 2 months worth of v5.x data back into my backed-up v4.7 data. Is this possible? Can I use a Hex editor to change the header info perhaps? Or should I try to do a historical retrieve from the ASX? : Cheers, Frank G. Hi Frank, You can't just edit the investment files to convert them back. Ideally, you would keep a backup copy of your investment files, while evaluating 5.x. You can export from your 5.x files, and then import into your 4.x files. Thanks, Mark -- Mark Beiley
