: Hi Mark

: I have several cash accounts, and I just reolized that I have been entering the monthly interest income under "purchase" rather than "interest". I want to fix this. I know I can delete every "purchase" entry and add a new "interest" entry, but I was wondering if there is some easier way to make the correction?

: Thanks for a great product.

Hi Steve,

You could export the data to a text file, massage it, and import it back
into Fund Manager. I guess it depends on how many of these entries you
have... If you would like to do it this way, I would recommend exporting
using "File/Export/Transactions/Fund Manager Text...". Then, read this into
Excel, and format it for importing with the "File/Import/Transactions/Generic..."
command. You will want to look at the *.INV files from the export, this
will contain all your buy/sell data.

Thanks,
Mark
