I am running W95 and had just upgraded to the latest version of FM from FM 4.1. Now, I've gone back to 4.1 and apparently the FM database is corrupt. It will let me open the portfolio that was crashing and displays the top investment, but as soon as I try to view another investment, I get the following (probably the same as the first, at least similar):
