: Is there a method for scrolling across a graph and pinpointing correct daily price and moving averages for those days. Also, is there a way to choose dot charts so that I can see close of each day and where it lies compared to the moving averages that I have set. I am doing backtesting and need to see daily prices and where they were on that day compared to the moving averages that I track. Thanks

Hi Steve,

I think you're looking for the "cursor snap" feature. You can toggle it
on/off with "F3", or "Graphs/Options/Cursor Snap".

Is a "dot" chart, where you don't connect the points between the data?
In the technical analysis graph there is a candlestick chart, which is
similar in concept. The technical anaysis graph is only available in
the Professional and above versions. The data files are interchangeable
between all FM versions, so you can download that version and try it out
if you'd like.

Thanks,
Mark
