I re-installed FM from my normal user account and everything seems to work fine.

I might have been wrong about FM requiring Administrator privilages to install.

In attempting to get the first install to work, I had (temporarily) given my normal account Administrator privileges; then forgotten I had when I re-installed, so I don't know.

Anyway FM still worked (from my normal account) after I removed the Administrator privileges.
