Hi Bob,

Do you mean the portfolio is listed twice under the "File" menu, at the bottom?
This is your list of most recently used portfolios. As you open other
portfolios, it will scroll off the MRU list. If you'd like to reset the list
you can delete the following registry key while FM isn't running:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Beiley Software\Fund Manager\CurrentVersion\Recent Portfolio List

You can use "regedit" to do this.
