: Hi Mark,

: I just paid for an upgrade from Professional 5.x to Professional 6.x several days ago. I don't see any instructions regarding downloading the upgrade & its a long time since I've done it so I forget the best process.

: I could download the "demo" version & then install & register that but I would like to keep the settings, etc as I currently use Fund Manager (gradually fine-tuned over the years - I don't remember all the changes to reproduce them). It seems that installing a fresh copy of the demo version I would end up with all the settings back at default.

: What is the best way? (or did I miss the instructions somewhere??)

: Thanks,
: Wayne McCracken

Hi Wayne,

There is only 1 version of Fund Manager. You can download the version from
our web site, and then enter your password under "Help/Register...".
I assume you received your password by e-mail okay?

When installing the new version, just install it right over your 5.x version.
Do not uninstall 5.x first. This way, you will retain all your settings.
Installing the new version won't change any of your settings.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Mark
