Hi Lawrence, It sounds like your WININET.DLL got changed. This is a component that comes
with Internet Explorer. The first thing I'd try is rebooting the computer.
If that doesn't fix it, you can try re-installing Internet Explorer. Or, you
can have Fund Manager access the web directly, rather than relying on
WININET. To do this turn off "Options/Internet Settings.../Proxy Server/Use
