Hi Dan,

The "Edit / All Data..." dialog's list can be sorted by any of the available
columns. The default is date, but it sounds like you're currently sorting
by something else. Notice there will be a small triangle in one of the column
headers. Just click on the column header that you want to sort by. Click
on it again to toggle between ascending/descending.
