Hi Dean,

The easiest solution is to use the internet retrieve feature instead. It is
much easier. All you have to do is press the internet retrieve button
on your toolbar, and you're done. It is the one with the little up arrow,
and says "PRC" above the arrow. If you'd really still like to import from
AOL 9.0 though, you can do it by following the instructions here:
