: How do I decide whether I should use the Yahoo Historical quotes, or the Yahoo Adjusted Historical quotes.

Hi John,

You can read about the differences here:

http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/intrtv.html#YahooHistory

Basically, the "adjusted" one back adjusts prices for distributions and
splits. The adjusted server also only updates the closing price.
The non-adjusted server updates close/high/low/open/volume as they actually
were on each date.

If you are going to record past distributions/splits you would want to use
the regular historical server, to avoid double counting.

Thanks,
Mark
