Creating a Master Portfolio of all investments

Is there a shortcut to opening all of my investments to create a master portfolio, as oppose to opening each one individually? I use the advisor edition of fundmanager and I have about 443 investments. It would be painstakingly long for me to have to open all of those investments.

I had a master portfolio established, but I did something strange today and it erased the majority of my investments from the master portfolio. I would rather not have to open all of the investments individually to recreate the master.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
