: Mark, you said that you could just copy files from one computer to another. How do you do that? I know I cannot just export. I tried to do that and could not import with the generic command. Now, I would like to try to copy the files and put them into Fund Manager on the other computer. Could you tell me how? Thanks. Ron Rubinoff

Hi Ron,

There are quite a few ways to copy files between computers. The best way
probably depends on what equipment you have. One tried/true way is to just
copy them onto a floppy disc. This works well if both computers have a floppy
drive, and your files aren't too big. Usually FM files will easily fit
on a floppy. Another option is to use a CD. This requires your source
computer to have a CD burner. You can also use a LAN connection if both
your computers are hooked up to the same network. Another option is a memory
stick. As you can see, there are a lot of choices, you just need to decide
which one works best for you.

Thanks,
Mark
