: Mark, what is the exact procedure to copy to floppy or otherwise? I have tried to copy the portfolio and it did not work. Do you mean save as or what? Am I trying to save too many files at one time or what? Please advise. Thanks. Ron

Hi Ron,

You just copy the files, as you would copy any file. If you're not sure about
copying files, here's a real quick overview.

1) Start Windows Explorer. This is under the Start / All Programs menu
somewhere, usually under the "Accessories" group.

2) Browse to where the source files you want to copy are located. Select
the file(s) to copy, and press Ctrl + c. (You can select multiple files
by using the Ctrl and Shift keys while selecting.)

3) Browse to the destination location where you want to copy these files
and press Ctrl + v. The files will be copied here.

Hope that helps...

Thanks,
Mark
