missing QIF file?

Hi Mark;
I saved a QIF file from the Bank of America web page to a file on my computer, I can see the saved file from the B of A save file box, but cant see it from the FM import Quicken transaction box, I can't see the file when I go to the folder it is in with windows Explorer either. Is it possible B of A is using a bastard QIF file type? I am trying to bypass Quicken since they will not get my user ID or pin #
