: Thanks. That fixed it.

: One more question....I now nolonger own shares in that fund, but I need to keep the file in my portfolio as it shows historic changes to my overall portfolio. However, I nolonger need, or want, to update prices for that fund, because it is now 0 shares and 0 value. How can I do this?

: Thanks again,
: Brent

Hi Brent,

To turn off price updating for that investment go into:

"Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve"

and turn off the "Retrieve Price" option.
You may also want to "hide" this investment. See the "Other"
tab in the investment properties dialog. You can then toggle on/off the
display of hidden investments with "View / Hidden Investments".

Hidden investments are still included in the overall portfolio calculations,
but won't show up as line items in most reports, and in the investment based
graphs. The idea is to keep a record as part of the portfolio, but not have
sold investments clutter up your current holdings.

Thanks,
Mark
