Hi Lance,

Please go into Fund Manager and select "Help / About..." to make sure
you are using a 6.x Personal version. That is what your license is valid
for. If so, then please try cut/pasting. Everything, including your name,
must be entered exactly as shown. If you still have troubles please let
me know by replying to the email registration letter.
