Two portfolios own the same share

Mark,

I have two portfolios which both own some of the same shares. When I generate a report for one portfolio all the transactions in that particular stock show up even though the portfolio I am looking at has not made all the purchases and sales. How do I segregate transaction activity by portfolio.
