: Hi,

: I installed FM in a directory in the limited users documents folder and moved my files there also. I get the exact same error message when I try to update prices via the Internet i.e.: "Could not create internet log file...Check registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER..."

: I didn't remove the old version yet. Should I do that now? I don't care about losing old settings. Should I use the Windows remove program? There seems to be an uninstall program in the FM folder.

Hi JJJ,

If you are signed in as this limited user, can you go to the new Fund Manager
folder, and create a file called "intlog.txt"? It sounds like for some
reason this user still can't create that log file.

I would just delete the old FM folder, and not run the uninstall. If you
want, you can run the uninstall, but you'll then need to re-install Fund
Manager again as the limited user.

Thanks,
Mark
