Could you email me the following files:

Your investment file (*.dat)
The "intlog2.txt" and "prices.csv" file in your FM folder, right after a failed
retrieve. You can get our email by going to the contact form at:

http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/contact.html

and filling out the form.

Can you also double check that you have the latest version of Fund Manager by
doing a "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates...".
