Hi Bob,

This is a strange one... If you look in Task Manager / Processes do you see a process "fm.exe"?

Maybe you could try re-install Fund Manager. When exactly does it shut
down? Is it right when the price retrieve completes? What if you use a
different quote server, does it still happen?
