Hi Ed,

It won't record a closing price of $0, but it will record a purchase/sell
price of $0. Do you see a closing price recorded at $0? See "Edit / All
Data" with the "Prices" data type selected.

I suspect you have markers on, which is causing a marker to be displayed
at $0? You can turn off the markers under the Options menu.
