Fund Manager uses a component of IE if you have "Use Windows Settings" checked
under "Options / Internet Settings...". Even if you use Mozilla your IE
option to "work offline" may still be set, and causing this error message.
I'd recommend just starting up IE, and making sure the option to "Work offline"
is turned off.
