Hi Tim,

Okay, thanks for the help. Fund Manager should never cause an illegal
operation, so it sounds like there may still be a problem there. I'll
dig around a little bit. If it happens again, please let me know. Ideally,
I could reproduce it here, there makes it easiest to fix.

Thanks,
Mark

: Mark,

: Now it's working OK again. Yes I had been successfully retrieving before the crash was happening. Maybe I was trying to access the site during file maintenance (at which time I cannot view my balances, history, etc. when logged on to my account). There was no other error message reported than the "... illegal operation" message.

: : : Hi Mark,

: : : I am crashing with a "This program has performed an illegal operation..." error when I try to update transactions for my Scottrade account. Can't think of anything I am doing differently today than I have been doing. I don't think it's due to trying to access Scottrade during late Friday night file maintenance.

: : : Trying to retrieve all dates. Both import options checked. Using Win98SE

: : Hi Tim,

: : Thanks for the bug report.
: : Does it show any information, like a crash "Code" and "Address"?

: : Have you successfully retrieved from this broker before?

: : Thanks,
