: Mark,

: When youve pulled up a graph , example portfolio Investment value.
: If you kick up Edit Notes (F6) , you will find that if you have duplicated shares of the same thing within different sub-portfolios - there seems to be no way easy way , or perhaps no way to tell which subportfolio they belong to. I think that the edit note needs a field that tells you which subportfolio, or at least which sub-directory the share (investment.dat) file belongs to. ( I keep sub-portfolio , investement files in seperate sub-directories on the HD.

Hi George,

Thanks for the feedback. I do see your point, and it is a good one.
I think this applies to any of the transaction related dialogs as well, like
buy/sell. It is possible even to put the same investment file in
multiple sub-portfolios. Let me give this some thought, and see if I can
find a good way to help clarify which investment and in which sub-portfolio(s)
you're operating on.

Thanks,
Mark
