: : : : I notice that Merrill Lynch is not on your broker's list. Can I assume that there were major problems putting on the list and that we won't be seeing it on the list in the near future?

: : : : Richard

: : : Hi Richard,

: : : This feature uses what is called an "Open Financial Exchange" server. Many brokers
: : : have these available, so their customers can use software packages, such as
: : : Fund Manager, Quicken, or Money to retrieve transactions from their account.
: : : We were not able to determine that Merrill Lynch offers such a server for
: : : their customers to use. If they do, and they can provide us the details on
: : : the location of this server, I'd be happy to add support for them. If you're
: : : willing to contact Merrill Lynch you can ask them if they plan on making
: : : such a server available. It may carry more weight from you, as one of their
: : : customers. As I mentioned, I'd be happy to add support for it
: : : if they have this server available.

: : : Thanks,
: : : Mark

: : Mark,

: : I'll see what I can do from my side vis à vis Merrill Lynch (essentially a phone call but I'm not sure to whom).

: : Is there anything that you can do on your side vis à vis Quicken. I don't have the software and I'mm not familiar with it.

: : Sincerely,

: : Richard

: Hi Richard,

: Thanks, if you learn anything that would be great to hear. What was it that
: you wanted to know about Quicken?

: Thanks,
: Mark

I felt that you might know the Quicken software (which I've jever used and officially don't have). While I can try and attack the problem from the ML end, I thought that perhaps you could try and attack the problem fom the Quicken end.

Richard
