Hi Rick,

I'm not sure... Your account number isn't used during signon, so that wouldn't
be part of the problem. I know that some brokers provide a different username
and password for this service from their web access. You might check out their
web site to see if you need to sign up, and possibly get a different userid
and password. Fund Manager uses the OFX server of your broker, which they
may refer to as the Quicken or Money download service.
