Accessing fundmanagersoftware.com from FM7 Program

Am using Home Edition Windows XP with IE 6.0. thru a high speed cable internet connection.
When I try to access fundmanagersoftware.com from the help menu I get the following message:
http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/wwwboard.html was not accessible. This feature requires a web browser to be installed on your computer & that your shell be configured to open URL's.
Since I obviously have the browser I'm assuming that there is something not set right in the configuration. I don't have a problem with downloading pricing information. This is something that I know nothing about--can you offer me some suggestions on where to go from here? Incidentally FM7 is not the only program where I have encountered this same problem.
Otherwise FM7 seems to be operating fine at this point.
