: Mark,

: Another issue with transaction download (FM 7.1)is that when tring download from my Fidelity account, most of the time I get the message "OFX Server reports no accounts available..." Occassionally it works. But my wifes fidelity account always works.

Hi Cliff,

Unfortunately, this sounds like an issue on the Fidelity end of things. To
verify though, you can look in the "ofxretr.txt" file in your Fund Manager
folder right after a good and bad retrieve, and compare them. If you'd like,
you can email me this file after a bad retrieve and I can double check that
what Fund Manager is reporting is correct.

FYI, whenever Fund Manager retrieves transactions it first asks the OFX server
for a list of accounts associated with the userid/password. If your recorded
account number matches one of these, then Fund Manager requests transactions
for that account. If your recorded account number is different that the list
of available accounts, you get prompted for which account to retrieve.
It sounds like Fidelity is returning an answer saying you have no accounts
for this userid/password.

Thanks,
Mark
