: I have set up a master portfolio with several subs. I want to produce a custom report for each sub-portfolio individually (ie not just sections on one report). When I generate my custom report (imported from version 6) it always includes all investments in the master portfolio.

: I realize that I can right mouse on the report and use settings to select each sub portfolio, but is there a simpler way? I noticed that with standard reports the report settings window pops up automatically. Can this be set for a custom report?

: Thanks.

Hi Howard,

I think you mean "memorized" report, not necessarily a custom report? Is that
correct? When you memorize a report it also memorizes which sub-portfolio
to display the report for. If you want, you can just re-memorize the report
while it is set to the desired sub-portfolio. If you have several subs, you
could memorize several reports, one per sub-portfolio.

Thanks,
Mark
