Price retrieval

Intermittently, when I attempt to retrieve prices, the program locks up and I have to end it using the XP end now command. This started about a week ago. I believe it coincided with an update from Fund Manager of a .dll file but I'm not sure. I've tried Yahoo and PC Quote. Does it with both.
