Hi Robert,

The Portfolio Editor is a new window in the 7.x versions. It isn't available in the 6.x versions. The latest version is 7.2 and you can download that from our download page. There is an upgrade fee required to go from 6.x to 7.x. For the Personal versions this is $22. For a list of all the new 7.x features, see:
