However, I'm still able to view Reports, transactions, etc. I know it's something silly I'm forgetting to do but can't seem to figure it out.

: This kind of sounds like your Portfolio Editor window is just too high on the screen, so you can't see the top portion of it? If so, one quick way to move it back is to use "Window / Cascade".
