Cannot update from Yahoo Historical Updated

Hi Mark - Since 2 days ago I cannot update any investmentsOn the update window I get the msg on the first line "SYSTEM ERROR CODE 2"
On the second line I get the msg "MESSAGE: THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE FILE SPECIFIED" The actual investments are open so the file cannot be missing. The files are in the same folder as thet have been for over 6 years.

WHAT COULD BE WRONG???
