Upgrade from 5.0 to 7.3

Mark,
I have used 5.0 for years for some reason it suddenly indicated that I was not registered any longer, and I could not get the program to open. Rather then try to straighten out that problem I decided to upgrade to 7.3. You sent me the serial and access code after I registered for and downloaded 7.3. But now each time I call up 7.3, up pops the installation wizard. If I use the wizard and install, I can get right in. Why can I not access 7.3 with out going throught the installation program? Thanks,
